Gym: Unstoppable! Fitness for Women | Trainer: Sean Flanagan |
Type of Session: High Intensity - Variety of Formats |
Sean used to train UFC/MMA fighters but now pretty much exclusively train women in Group sessions. I have a tough work schedule, so I do 1-on-1 Training with him and even though his rates are considerably higher than a trainer at a gym it is WELL worth it. His group programs seem to very popular and are very affordable. The training programs change based upon my abilities and to work on different aspects of fitness, but every workout is challenging and invigorating and Sean has helped me tremendously with my nutrition as well. |

Gym: Bally\'s | Trainer: Lamont Sams |
Type of Session: Strength and Cardio |
I have never met a trainer like this one. Not only is he knowledgable about training and nutrition, the added bonus is that he is a drill sergeant and teaches bootcamp fitness. Only 2 weeks of working with him I already dropped a waist size. He always switches up my workout routines so that I won't get bored as well. A very passionate person that definately loves to help you reach your fitness goals. |

Type of Session: Personal Training |
Before 6 months ago, I had never worked out and was 25 pounds overweight. I enrolled the services of Rob Baban, and experienced what a true health professional has to offer-- my life has been changed forever! Not only did I lose the weight I had hoped, but more importantly I have formed very postive habits both nutritionally and with my workouts, and feel like a brand new person. Truly amazing trainer. |

Gym: Snap Fitness (Sioux Falls, SD) | Trainer: Chad Hedgepeth |
Type of Session: Weight loss |
I had decided to train with Chad before Halloween, but was afraid to pay the 35 per session. He allowed me to try it out for a discounted price. So we did 4 sessions for 100 dollars, and I learned a lot! We are still working togeather and the amount I spend a month (roughly 300) is worth the lifestyle change he is helping me acheive. |

Gym: Private Training | Trainer: David Chiros |
Type of Session: Core, circuit |
When I started working with David I was unhappy and insecure about myself and my body. Not only did he help me loose weight, he also gave me a sense of comfort ability and confidence. He answered every question I had about fitness and even sometimes he was my life-coach haha. David is so nice throughout the whole one on one training experience. A couple of months ago I stopped working with Dave and I felt myself falling into that rut again. I wasn't fallowing the diet advised by him. Two weeks ago I started back with him and cant wait to KEEP ROLLIN BABY!!! I'm sure you could reach him by searching his name through google or yahoo under massachusetts personal trainers south of boston or somin. Try Dave out tho.... he's great |

Gym: Private Training at Home | Trainer: Andrew Barris |
Type of Session: Personal Training |
I started working out with Andy because I needed a more structured and balanced work out, plus alittle accountiblity. I have known Andy for years as a fellow hockey player and knew he did power lifting and strength training but I was totally blown away with his knowledge on how the body works and responds to training and nutrition. He also does an evaluation on what you training goals are and designs a training program specificly for that. He's very professional and accomidating also. I feel great about myself and little by little am learning better eating habits by eating the right foods. Andy is well rounded personal trainer that really knows his stuff. I would recommend him to anyone. Visit his web page at phit360.com |

Gym: Vitality Fitness and Nutrition | Trainer: Scott Chasse |
Type of Session: strength training |
Scott was the best to work with. He pushed me hard and wouldn't let me give up. I was working with him several times a week and he also set me up on the best nutrition plan. I always starved myself and finally learned that I didn't have to do that. I could eat a lot on his plan - just had to eat the right things. I would recommend his personal training and nutrition program to anyone. |

Gym: Christian Personal Trainer | Trainer: Casio Jones |
Type of Session: Core, circuit |
I have worked with several trainers in my life and Casio is by far one of the best out there. Not only is he knowledgeable, he makes exercising fun and hes very passionate about helping people change their lifestyle and finding their real purpose in life. You can really see how God is using him. My sessions were worth every penny I sent. I felt I owed him more for what he has to offer. Much more then your normal trainer, I got a coach, friend and Christian fellowship all in one trainer. |

Gym: Results Plus Personal Training | Trainer: Dave Parise |
Type of Session: Funtional Training |
I watched Dave Parise on a fitness show and was impressed with his knowledge and expert advice. My first experience was with his assessment, nutrition seminars, and instuctional lessons. I found learning every aspect leading up to my goal before actually exercising was educational and exceeded my expectations! I now have a better understanding of control and awarness as he takes me through his movements. Dave was born to be a trainer, motivator, and teacher. I recomend Dave Parise to only the serious people who really demend the best at any level or cost. I always say 'just get me to my goal" regardless!Dave has done just as I asked. |

I have had the pleasure of training with Rob since Febuary of 07. I never had formal fitness training before and i was skeptical at first, but after just one session with Rob my attitude changed. Gym: Method Fitness | Trainer: Amahl Harik |
Type of Session: Functional and strength |
I moved to RI from NYC and didn't think I could find anything like the calibre of training and facilities I had there. But Amahl showed me wrong. His private studio is stunning--straight out of SoHo--and he's an extraordinary trainer. I trainde with some of his other staff too and they all exhibit tremendous attention to their clients, are extremely knowledgeable, and really fun to work with. can't recommend enough! |

Gym: Fitness First | Trainer: Tom McCarthy |
Type of Session: General Fitness/Rehab |
Extrememly knowledgable and very dtraight forward. I git the feeling that he was thinking the entire time, and I consider that a bargain; having worked with much more expensive trainers with far less results in far more time. Can't say enough about how he helped me! |
