What should be included:

I feel great during the workouts and after the workouts, I don't box for competition but i feel like i have the skills where i could step in the ring. Kristian is motivating and definitely makes sure I leave his workouts feeling accomplished. Since I started working with Kristian I have lost 30 plus pounds and I just feel brand new.
I have always been an athlete. I run, play tennis, swim, box, etc. to keep my mind and body healthy. I had always thought that at 40 I was in great shape. Betty is a great personal trainer not only for weight loss but also to learn how to be conscious about what you eat, how you eat and how to combine your food in your meals. She also has helped me greatly with an exercise routine that combines cardio at the gym, bicycling and weights. And if this wasn't enough she has shown me how to meditate. And all of this was done with love and caring as well as with a lot of knowledge that has resulted from her own experience in life. Highly recommended!

Since joining The Fitness Together in November, I have been very diligent with my nutrition, cardio and weight training.I work out with a trainer at Fitness Together 2x's per week and does cardio 5-6x's per week for 30-45 minutes. I have lost over 25lbs. since November and my bodyfat is down 23% from January!

10 minutes of core and stretch prep work, and the rest is heavy circuit training. Original agreed upon price was $35 per hour session, but then my trainer tossed in a 3rd day of boxing technique and training for free, which effectively brought my real prices down to $23 per hour. EXCELLENT trainer and I'm seeing a lot of results.

Leyla has taught me everything I need to know about how to maintain my diet, what body parts to work out when, and even what supplements to take in order to stop the soreness! I loved every moment of working out with her! She also has an online virtual training program which is what I started with. She gave me a 30 day plan on what to eat, what to take, and what workouts to do. She also spoke with me every week to check up on how i'm doing! Then she mentioned that since I live within her radius, she would offer one free session of personal one-on-one training in my complex and see if I liked it. Did I like it? I LOVED IT! I was comfortable with Leyla right away and she really knew how to make me enjoy the exercises. We didn't do those typical trainer exercises that gym trainers usually make us do. No, she made me get on the machines. I felt my legs and butt BURN when I was doing the exercises. I recommend her to any woman in the Metropolitan area! She's young, fit, healthy, and great!
Johnnie is a great trainer. He is very focused and listens to me. He has been helping me in my weight loss journey and I have lost a total of 27 pounds in 8 weeks. He gave me a life fitness plan which includes eating right as well as working out. He made sure that I was able to follow the plan. If I had any issues he worked with me and adjusted the plan. He is an awesome personal trainer who listens to his clients. His workouts are really tough but well worth it. I would recommend him to any woman in the Orlando/Lake Mary who is looking to get fit and improve her health.
